Time for Quiz #9……..
New SV8100 install. You set CM 10-04-01 for external MOH and plug the music into the input plug on the front of the CP00. You then make a test trunk call and place it on hold but hear no MOH. You have confirmed that these is music on the plug with your butset. What is the most likely cause for this common issue.
